I really love this, it is so nice to have so many varied grips, and having globes is really nice to have a change o pace. I do somewhat wish it has a bar in the middle, though I know this would mean the angled bars in the middle wouldn't be useful. I use it for any hanging exercise, and for bands for things like nordic curls.

I've enjoyed this pull-up bar more than the original multi-grip bar I purchased for my rig. The angles of this pull-up bar fit my frame so much better. I have a pretty large wingspan, and the other multigrip bar feels too tight. The only thing I do not like about this bar is that it looks somewhat unfinished because the ends are not capped or filled out. They have open holes into the tubing of the pull up bar.

I lift because I do a lot of BJJ and powerlifting keeps me injury free, but those grips have upped my game, so many improvements in grip strength since switching to the glove grips
